- Continent: Free Deliveries
- Islands (Azores and Madeira) : Free shipping on orders over €100. For orders up to R$100, shipping is R$19.99, with delivery time of up to 5 business days.
2. What is the delivery time for the products?
- Online Purchases: Shipping takes up to 24 hours after purchase confirmation. This period applies to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. If there are any exceptions, our team will contact you.
- In-Person Purchases: Products purchased in Ericeira stores are available for immediate collection, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. What are the conditions for returns?
The customer may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened, sealed, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, consumed, or have the security seal broken cannot be returned, except in cases of defects.
