Beef protein is a more easily digestible source of protein than lean beef, such as steak, is well absorbed, and, being an animal protein, has high biological value.
Recommended use: Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaping tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, drink at least two servings; one serving within 45 minutes after training and another between two meals. On rest days, drink one serving in the morning and one at night.
