Ingredients:SOLUGEL™ collagen peptides (hydrolyzed bovine collagen) [83%], magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulators (citric acid), flavorings, color (anthocyanidins), L-ascorbic acid, bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea, exudate, 75% silicon), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia); sodium hyaluronate [0.12%], cholecalciferol, manganese gluconate.May contain traces of gluten, eggs and lupin.
Recommended use: Take 1 dose (12 g) daily with meals, at any time of day. To prepare 1 dose, add 2 level scoops (12 g) to 300 ml of water; stir well and drink.
It can be taken continuously for periods longer than 6 months.
