Tricreatine malate is a compound of three creatine molecules linked to one malic acid molecule. The bond is broken by stomach acid, releasing pure creatine and absorbing it. Creatine increases physical performance during short, sequential, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect can be achieved by ingesting 3g of creatine per day.
